Each week we fill this box with the best seasonal organic vegetables from our farm and our trusted local growers in Cornwall. You will always find leafy greens and reliable staples alongside a couple of more unusual varieties to keep your cooking interesting. The selection changes week to week because the seasons do. Grown locally, packed fresh, delivered to your door or a free pickup point near you. Contents may vary slightly on the day depending on harvest.

Soul Farm doesn't yet produce any fruit but we all eat it! So we've worked hard to fine tune our supply chain, securing the best suppliers. We prioritise organic fruit. We also love UK 🇬🇧 fruit so that will always go in first 🍎 The box will vary week by week but will have apples in most weeks and otherwise vary depending on the season. NB: Some items might change on the day

As a community benefit society, one of Soul Farm’s core values is to make good food accessible to as many local people as possible. By purchasing this box, you're helping someone in your community have access to our healthy, organic veg who typically could not afford it. High Income: You might be a high income household (guidance £67k+ per year household income). You may be able to comfortably meet everyday costs, have a significant amount of savings and/or investments, enjoy extra activities like going to concerts, trips away or meals out, and regularly enjoy holidays abroad. By paying this level, you are subsidising low income boxes and funding fully funded options for those desperately in need.
