In this box we choose what items make it up depending on what we have on the farm, our friends' farms and what is seasonal. We mix it up week by week so you have a varied selection to cook with. We do add some staples, you’ll always have some leafy greens and also some more interesting items. NB: Some items might change on the day

Soul Farm doesn't yet produce any fruit but we all eat it! So we've worked hard to fine tune our supply chain, securing the best suppliers. We prioritise organic fruit. We also love UK 🇬🇧 fruit so that will always go in first 🍎 The box will vary week by week but will have apples in most weeks and otherwise vary depending on the season. NB: Some items might change on the day

Low income — subsidised, reduced price box You are on a low income and may struggle to meet everyday costs. You may have one minimum wage in the household. This box is subsidised 45% by other members of the veg box scheme. The money you pay contributes to the growing and picking of the food, but it doesn’t cover other aspects of running the Community Interest Company, packing and delivering your box.
