Autumn is here and we will soon be saying goodbye to our tomato plants. The time for green tomatoes is here - think chutneys, curries, chilli, pickles, oven roasted - there's a ton you can do with these unripe fruits. We're all about zero-waste here, using as much of the plant as possible, and they're certainly not an inferior option to the tomatoes we know and love!
